TALIA Ingest MGM — Privacy Policy & Terms

Who we are

TALIA Ingest MGM is a private, self-hosted media-management application operated by Billy Miecuna for the comedian Talia Reese. It is used by exactly two authorized people — Talia Reese (the creator) and Billy Miecuna (her producer) — to organize Talia's own original recordings, transcribe them, cut short clips, plan a posting calendar, and review how her own published content performs. Publishing itself is done manually by the team on each platform — the application analyzes and plans; it does not upload videos. Information we collect

The application stores: (1) the two authorized users' names, email addresses, and login credentials; (2) Talia Reese's own media content — recordings, transcripts, clips, captions, and related notes; and (3) the platform data described below for Talia's own connected social accounts. All of it lives on a private, self-hosted server accessible only to the two authorized users. Nothing is sold, shared with, or disclosed to third parties, and no advertising or third-party analytics run on this application.

YouTube API Services

TALIA Ingest MGM uses YouTube API Services. By using the application's YouTube features, the authorizing user also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access and why: with the channel owner's OAuth consent, the application reads her own channel's video metadata and performance statistics — such as views, watch time, likes, comments, and shares — via the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API, in order to analyze results and plan future releases for the channel owner and her producer. The application does not upload videos to YouTube, and it does not access, store, or display any data belonging to any other YouTube user or channel.

What we store: the OAuth authorization tokens granted by the channel owner, and the connected channel's own video identifiers, metadata, and statistics. This data is stored on the private, self-hosted server described above, is visible only to the two authorized users, is refreshed approximately daily, and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Revoking access and deletion: the channel owner can revoke the application's access to her YouTube data at any time from Google's security settings page at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored tokens. Stored tokens and stored YouTube data are deleted on request to williammiecuna@gmail.com; requests are honored within 7 days.

Other connected platforms

When connected by the account owner, the application interacts the same way with Talia's own Instagram, Facebook Page, and TikTok accounts through those platforms' official APIs: reading her own posts' performance statistics. The same rules apply — owner authorization, no third-party access, revocable at any time from the respective platform's security settings, deletion on request.

Cookies

The application uses session cookies solely to keep the two authorized users signed in. There are no advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.

Terms of use

The application is a private, invitation-only tool. All media content managed by it belongs to Talia Reese. Access is limited to the two authorized users; any other access is prohibited. The application is provided as-is, without warranty. These terms and this policy may be updated as the application evolves; the effective date above reflects the current version.
